All collages created at MySchoolCollage.com are personalized by and for you. We take great pride in providing high quality, professionally framed keepsakes and are happy only if you are completely satisfied.
- PLEASE keep the original carton and packaging until you are sure that the collage is produced to your satisfaction.
- Your order is customized with your personal photos and begins processing automatically as soon as it is submitted. If possible, we will accommodate your request to change or cancel your custom order. If your order has already been printed, changes or cancellations cannot be made, and you will be charged for the original order.
- If, upon receipt, you find that your order is not as it should be, please contact our customer service department immediately, using the contact information provided on this web site. Any damage must be reported within seven (7) days of delivery. No allowances or credits will be given after this period.
- We proudly stand behind all our products and make every effort to produce a keepsake of the highest quality. If we make an error in manufacturing your personalized collage, we will happily replace it, or issue a full refund for that item. Errors in personalized items must be reported to our Customer Service Department within seven (7) days of receiving your order. We're sorry, personalized items where we have made no error cannot be returned. We are not responsible for errors regarding your uploaded photos or choice of schools. Please review the order carefully and double check to make sure that you have the correct school and have uploaded the photos you prefer.
- are refundable only if we made an error in the original order. No allowances, refunds, credits, exchanges or order adjustments may be made for the order where we have not been notified of a defect within seven (7) days of receipt of your order.
